Uysal, who said that ones who kept their morals high and worked hard would always be successful in life, and continued: “"The greatest power besides morality is love. I always say, do not neglect love. Love your family, your job, your friends. If you work with love, and love your job, no one can defeat you. Love and definitely make yourself loved, then you will be successful; as Nedim Uysal, this will be my only recommendation. I wish you a good life, a good work, and I congratulate you all individually for the accomplishments you’ve had here."

“You are a ‘remedy’ for Turkey”
Norm Holding CEO Kamil Başaran said that one of Turkey's most important problems is the lack of intermediate staff, and the young people who have graduated from this school are Turkey’s remedy, and he continued: "We are not ‘remedy’ for you, but you are for Turkey. You are a ‘remedy’ for the industry, a ‘remedy’ for your family and for yourself. When you blend moral behaviour with what you have learned here, you will actually be a ‘remedy’ for Turkey.” Başaran, who reminded that Salihli Norm Vocational Education Unit, which came into operation in 2015, also produced 11 graduates this year and 7 of the graduates have studied in Norm Holding, and said, “We give you the key for business life here. I hope you will use this key in the best possible way. In your future business life, hoping to see you again whether in Norm or in other factories, I wish you all the best.”
