The Norm family got together at the picnic

Positioned as the leader of the market for fastening elements in Turkey in terms of production and sales with more than two thousand employees and industry-leading companies within, Norm Holding got together with its employees at the picnic. 

The picnic, which is organized traditionally every year was held at Izmir Foca Hanedan and Salihli Narlibahce this year. Nedim Uysal, Founder and Honorary President of Norm Holding, Kamil Basaran, CEO of Norm Holding, employees and their families participated in the picnic held in Salihli. The employees spent a pleasant day with their families at the picnic where various activities were carried out. Stating that everyone working within Norm Holding is a member of the family and that this kind of activities increases the motivation of employees, Nedim Uysal, Founder and Honorary President of Norm Holding, said “We are a big family as Norm Holding. We got together with all of our employees and their families at this picnic which became one of the activities we traditionally hold every year. Every organization where we relieve the exhaustion of the year, laugh and have fun with colorful activities and have conversations with everyone in the sincere environment we created holds a great importance for us.”
