Tests Made in Our Laboratory

Tensile Strength: It is the maximum tensile stress when a material is pulled by tensile stresses from both ends, prior to breaking. It is determined by tensile test (N/mm2).

Yield Strength: The tension of the material at the starting point of plastic deformation (N/mm2) when it is pulled by tensile stresses from both ends.

Proof Load: The application load stress that the material can carry to avoid permanent shape change. For many fasteners, the tensile class proof load is taken to be about 90-93% (N/mm2) of the minimum yield strength of the fastener material.

Hardness: Resistance of the material to permanent deformation especially due to wear and notch effect or the resistance shown to penetration of an object into another. Hardness testing methods such as Brinell (HB), Rockwell (HRc), Vickers (HV) and Super Rockwell (HRS) are used.

TORQUE: Torque Indicates How Strong the Fastener is Rotated (Torque - Nm) Force is the Expression of with How Much Strength We Pull or Push a Piece (Force - N) The Force Produced on the Fastener is Stress and it is related to the Tensile Load and Clamp Force (Tension - N)

Salt test control: A salt test cabinet is used to determine the desired salt test strength according to the specifications. Red rust and white rust resistance times should be taken as separate criteria. As a result of the salt test, time of mold, white rust and red rust formation on the surface of the product is obtained.

Friction Coefficient Detection: It is performed to obtain the friction coefficient and the torque value which are formed on the coated products, under the desired thread and head according to the specifications. With our current friction coefficient measurement device, we can measure m6 - m16 diameters and 40 – 80 mm heights.

Profile Projection/In Bolts: Features such as all angle measurements, radius, nozzle axis diameter, counterbore diameter, under head dimension before thread, tip pointing distance can be measured by profile projection.

Profile Projection/In Nuts: Features such as all angle measurements, counterbore diameter, nozzle axis diameter, and radius can be measured by profile projection.

Perthometer (Contourmeter)/In Bolts:  Features such as all angle measurements, radius, nozzle height, nozzle width, counterbore diameter, thread angles that should be taken accurately can be measured with the perthometer. 

In the nuts: Features such as all angle measurements, counterbore diameter, nozzle diameter, nozzle height, radius, thread angles, that should be taken accurately can be measured with the perthometer.

Welding Tester The welded product is firstly controlled visually. On the welding surface: There should be no Cracks, Burns, Burrs.

The proportions of the elements in the Spectral Analysis Raw Material content are controlled for each diameter and charge.
